Use of the Site

Eligibility and Permitted Use

By accessing raxiwinregister.in.net ("the Site"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering into binding agreements under Indian law, and that your use of Raxi Win complies with all laws in your jurisdiction. Users in states or union territories where online gaming or prize-based platforms are restricted by local statute are solely responsible for ensuring compliance before registering or participating. You may use the Site solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to access the Site via automated bots or scrapers without prior written consent, transmit unlawful or fraudulent content, attempt unauthorised access to any portion of the Site's infrastructure, or use the Site in any manner that violates the Information Technology Act, 2000, the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, or any other applicable Indian statute.

Account and Payment Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Deposits and withdrawals may be facilitated via UPI-enabled services including PhonePe, Google Pay (GPay), or BHIM. You must ensure that the payment method you use is registered in your own name and that all transaction details you provide are accurate. Raxi Win shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to secure your account or from use of a third-party payment instrument without authorisation.

Modifications and Termination

Raxi Win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without prior notice. We may terminate or restrict your access if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or that your continued use is detrimental to other users or to the lawful operation of the platform. Continued use of the Site following any posted amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Intellectual Property

Ownership

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the Raxi Win platform, is the exclusive property of Raxi Win or its licensors. Such content is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable intellectual property laws of India and relevant international conventions. Unauthorised use of any proprietary material may give rise to claims for damages and/or criminal liability under applicable law.

Limited Licence and Restrictions

Raxi Win grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for its intended purpose only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without express written authorisation; reverse-engineer or decompile any software forming part of the Site; remove or alter any proprietary notices; or use the Raxi Win name, logo, or trademarks in any manner likely to cause confusion or that discredits the platform. Any rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by Raxi Win.

Limitation of Liability

The Site and all content, features, and services provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Raxi Win does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Site is entirely at your own risk, and you are advised to maintain appropriate security measures on any device used to access the platform.

Cap on Liability and Third-Party Services

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Raxi Win, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. In no event shall Raxi Win's aggregate liability for any claim exceed the amount paid by you to Raxi Win in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Site may integrate with third-party payment gateways and analytics providers. Raxi Win accepts no responsibility for the availability or conduct of such services; disputes arising from a failed PhonePe or GPay transaction must be resolved directly with that service provider.
